Job Description
We are looking for a dependable Lumber Grader / Lumber Handler to join our wood manufacturing team. This is a hands-on position focused on grading lumber for quality and moving material efficiently through production.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment. Experience is helpful but not required—we will train the right person.
Responsibilities:
- Grade lumber for quality, defects, and specifications
- Sort, stack, and move lumber throughout the facility
- Support production flow between departments
- Maintain organized and safe work areas
- Operate forklifts or material handling equipment (training provided if needed)
