Job Description
We are seeking a self-motivated Maintenance Apprentice to work alongside and learn from one of the industry’s most experienced maintenance teams. This is a hands-on role supporting all aspects of maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving a high-volume wood manufacturing and millwork facility.
This position is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and looking to build a long-term career in industrial maintenance. You will gain exposure to a wide range of equipment and systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Welding experience is a plus
- Basic understanding or exposure to electrical systems
- Mechanical aptitude with familiarity in gears, motors, conveyors, or similar equipment
- Willingness to learn PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial controls
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced manufacturing environment
